Ingredients	Method
250g package cream cheese, softened	In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese until soft and smooth. Blend in lemon juice,
1 teaspoon lemon juice	Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper. Mix in garlic, onions, and crab meat. Store, covered, in  refrigerator until ready to use.
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce	To serve warm, heat in microwave for 3 to 4 minutes. Serve with crusty baguette or crackers
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions, chopped
200g crabmeat – fresh or canned is fine
1 pinch salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
